I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OS. I'm trying to install an Adobe InDesign CS3 DVD file on my computer, so that I can follow it with the instructional booklet. It tells me to copy the file that corresponds to my platform. It only gives me options for copying to Windows Vista. This is what I'm told to copy to: c:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\Version 5.0\InDesign Shortuct Sets. How do I copy this to the correct AppData file in Windows 7. I am NOT a techie. I go to forums and see all sorts of explanations about junctions, but still don't understand how to copy these files where they need to go so I can use the DVD and get started. I have changed permissions so I can get into the User account, but obviously I can't get into the junction because of what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1. The AppData you want is a hidden folder, so make sure you can see it. If you can‘t, go to Folder Options > View Tab and put a spot in ‘Show hidden files…’. 2. Right-click the DVD folder or file to be copied and choose Copy. 3. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Abobe\InDesign\Version 5.0\InDesign Shortuct Sets and right-click in ’white space’ to Paste the folder/file.
